Glasstap® only uses the information we collect about you with your consent to administer your membership, and to tell you about our services. We will never knowingly disclose personal information about you to any third party other than to process an order you have placed with us, without first receiving your permission or unless we are under a legal obligation to do so.

Why We Need To Collect Information From You?
When you register to purchase products or services from Glasstap Limited, we need to know your name, email address, telephone details and usually, your credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also need to know the answers to general security questions that will help us to identify you when you log in. These security questions are in place protect you, and ensure that only you can access your records. You are invited to provide other information including your address, and employer details, but this is not always essential.

This information allows us to process your orders and/or subscriptions to Glasstap's services and, for example, send you a reminder when your Trainers' Library® and/or Managers’ Library™ membership is due for renewal. We may also use the information we collect about you to notify you, about important new features and changes to the service or special offers we think you'll find of interest.

Who Else Will We Tell About You?
Data may be accessed by sales agents employed by Glasstap Limited so that they may advise customers on appropriate services and to avoid duplication. Passwords or other secure information will never be shared with third party companies employed as sales agents.

All of our agents are contracted to keep your data safe and confidential. Your data is securely stored within Glasstap®.

If you qualify for and claim special terms as a member of another professional organisation, you will need to give us permission to share such information as is necessary about you and your membership status in order to confirm your membership of that organisation and your continued qualification for those special terms.

Glasstap® will not pass on your personal details to any other third party, including site sponsors or advertisers, without your permission. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to our third party partners, but these statistics will not contain any information about you from which you could be identified.
