Does anyone have a case study for decision maker mapping? I've heard of one referring to Folger Coffee & McDonald's that is good.

Hi Cris
I have taken a peak at the case study you refer to and I can see it is excellent for decision maker mapping (I especially liked the approach of looking for solutions rather than who to blame).
In terms of other options, have you looked at our Case Studies section? They are all based on real events in real organisations and you could use almost all of them. A couple that might be particularly useful are Bogo Motors (

) and Castelwest Tin (

).
I hope this helps you Cris. Any questions, please just ask.
