Training Workshop Framework

The question was posted by Shirley on 24/08/2015 14:58:41

I've been asked to put together a framework of various soft skills workshops I'm proposing delivering. I was wondering if anyone could share a table/format they use for presenting training proposals. I have previously used PPT. This time I would like to use perhaps a table format (or open to suggestions) that shows a) the training i.e. communication skills b) benefits/ROI c) length of session d) no. of delegates etc I'm sure you get the picture. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Shirley

Hi Dave Williams. Would it be possible to have a copy of the TPDS as well. I use a Training request format for existing course but would like something else to help specify new programmes. [email protected]

Please could I have a copy of this Dave? I have been tasked with re-development our L&D department, from evaluation, appraisals, Competency Frameworks, Strategy, TNA/LNA etc. [email protected]

I have always used a Training Performance Statement (TPS). This is in table format that overviews the framework highlighting Training objectives and enabling objectives, resources required and areas of responsibility for development/delivery. Happy for you to have this and use as you need. Email me at [email protected] if you want me to send... Regards, Dave Williams
