Hi John,
Perhaps a session on how to survive different styles of interviewing. Ther are loads of techniques employers use these days, including Competncy Based Interviewing, Strengths, Panel Interviewing and all sorts. There are some very good modules that could b used in combination with this on trainers library also under the recruitment section. Also, how about doing some work with them on their CV's or how to best work with recruitment agencies?
