Time:
The exercises in this module will take about 30 minutes to complete. In total, allowing for discussion, we recommend allowing 40 minutes to complete this module.

• To show the benefit of a mission statement when problem solving.
• To demonstrate the importance of taking a step back and understanding our role in the relationships we have with others at work.
