I'd be grateful for some guidance on whether it's ok to refer to well known leadership models when developing online training. Can anyone recommend a good source of information on what you can or can't do with regard to the legal side/copyright? Many thanks, Jennifer

Hi Jennifer. It's a good question and I don't think a lot of trainers realise that to use models like Belbin and Situational Leadership without the appropriate permissions/licences is illegal. If in doubt you should always check as the implications of using copyrighted materials and models are serious. I hope this helps. Rod
