I am looking for some fun and unique games to use during a Continuous Improvement day. We will be going through the SIPOC model, Customers both internal and external, systems thinking etc. I am looking for something that will liven up the training session but also be extremely relevant to the topic matter. I have got some of the games from Glass tap but would appreciate any help given

Hi, have you ever tried the 'flocking' exercise? It takes about 15 min and has everyone on their feet (please feel free to contact me if it isn't something you have heard of or used).
