I have to replace a training officer who is retiring at the end of the year. the job he does is unique and his replacement will be difficult to find. I need someone who has logistics/freight forwarding knowledge and experience and has trained new starters. The systems we can train them up in. They key thing is having that sector knowledge to be able to answer questions and make the training effective. The job sites and agencies are struggling to produce a solution. Does anyone have any ideas how I can resolve this?
