Hi
I am currently running some customer service training in hospitality and my client would like the staff to receive a recognised certificate. I have a few options as I am a registered centre with BIIAB/Highfield - however I wondered if anyone was a registered centre with City & Guilds and would be happy to speak about the costs and logistics of running the Customer Service exam (7014) through their centre.
