Hi, You can also check out the 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Work Place - Chapman is the last name of one of the authors. I've used it with 2 groups (HR & IT) and it was well received by both. you can make up exercises to get people to work in teams to guess others "motivators", in HR we pulled names from a hat and that was your "secret person" who you were charged over the next month to do something motivationally specific for them based on their preferred style of appreciation.
