I've seen some 'toolkits' of training resources that Ashford Training designed and produced in a range of formats and in different types of presentation boxes for customer care training for a global hotel chain and some hospitality businesses.

Hi Elaine,
Don't know of this apprach is suitable or the way you want to go. But I have recently come across a company that has designed really engaging e-learning modules (I dont workt for them)
http://www.accreditedskills.com/
They have number of Manager\Leadership development modules that can be access as and when needed and also come with a host of resoruces.
