Does anyone know of an experienced H&S trainer capable of setting standards / competencies / writing and delivering training on these standards?

Hi Darren,
Have you had a look on Find a Trainer? If not, have a look at http://www.glasstap.com/findatrainer/find_a_licensed_trainer.aspx and choose the category Health and Safety. There are a few trainers listed so hopefully someone can help.
