I have seen a great deal of relevant advice shared on this forum and I am wondering if any of you are able to help me. I have been doing a number of workshops for Botswana based businesses and the biggest areas which employers would like us to focus on are decision making, accountability, taking ownership and problem solving. If anyone can point me in the right direction with regards to relevant modules or approaches to practically addressing these areas I would be very grateful. I am planning to pull together a 1 day workshop to start. Thanks in advance for suggestions. Best wishes, Ruth

Hi Ruth,
There should be lots of material you can use in Trainers' Library. I'll pop you some ideas through by e-mail.
Thanks, Zoe
