How bring attention to communication

Hello
We are working on improving communication internally primarily, and not excluding externally. I would like to ask if anyone out there has creative ideas on how to bring people's attention to their communication and their 'how'. This includes all communication, email, f2f, phone, VC, written etc. What approaches have worked? We are looking for behavioural changes that will have impact.
All ideas welcome! any ideas on email etiquette, weekly activities for staff, get f2f, anything!

Hi Dara,
There are some old posts on Trainers' Talk that may be of interest you about e-mail etiquette. Simply type etiquette into the search and then select the Trainers' Talk Results tab and you'll be able to see them.
