Team building profiling tool

Hi
I'm looking at options for a team profiling tool which you don't have to be certified to use. Something similar to Belbin or SDI which can be bought and used easily by a team themselves. I want to create a toolkit where we can facilitate a session for an hour -1.5hr and then give the manager activities to deliver the rest of the session themselves. Any suggestions much appreciated.
