Skills for Admin Assistant - Unemployed Youth Development Prog

Hello All, I am doing some voluntary community development work with unemployed youth and slightly older people and am looking for any training material or suggestions on what we can use from Glasstap or if you have any you wish to share. We have looked at meetings, but information like emails, setting up filing systems, etc would help. Thanking you in advance. Kind regards. Bernie:)

Hi Bernie,
