Hi everyone

I'd love to hear everyone's recommendations for interesting articles, you tube clips, ted talks etc that you use to supplement learning, particularly in the areas of leadership, customer experience, and influencing. I am keen to bring in more best practice ideas from other organisations, create stimulation as pre course work etc. Thank you for your suggestions in anticipation! My starter for 10 is a You Tube video on meeting unexpressed wishes with the CEO of the Ford Hospital (ex Ritz Carlton). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71hE3EjuFag

Yay! Thank you Gill for your reply, I shall look forward to taking a look at them. Yes, I was hoping for lots of ideas so delighted you found my post and commented.

A new one I used recently on the importance of values in creating the company culture was from the CEO of Zappos on You Tube - there's a really nice short one that's only around 10 mins long as well as a longer one.

Happy new year!

I use lots! For helping to reframe the "difficult" team member who seems negative, or not a team player and so on - susan cain's talk on introverts on ted.com

Setting a path that your team WILL follow (also useful to hang this on Erickson's principles in hypnotherapy that is if you lay a path others will simply follow it because they can't see any other way)

Loads in here about leadership from Ted http://www.ted.com/playlists/140/how_leaders_inspire

Don't know why no one else has responded - maybe they hold their cards close to their chest! Happy to share
