Thanks Frances
Thats a great help. I will check out your suggested library material.
I have a two day programme to fill so some basic time management techniques with some of the personal effectiveness type subjects should be right.
I have been asked to work to an already written programme...just brief description of sessions. This includes 'Time Management Styles'. Does anyone have overview of time management styles and tool for delegates to assess their own?
Many Thanks

Hi Martin - an interesting challenge indeed….
I have worked in the Muslim world both in design and delivery on & off since 2004. So my thoughts are around making it as interactive/engaging as possible whilst being aware of cultural demands.
The kind of library material I would be looking at using is:
A Bridge Too Far - I would tweak this slightly to change the location to Malaysia rather than Scotland and make sure they are pressured on time
The Wheel - this is as simple as it looks, but it often takes participants a while before they work out how to get the maximum points in the shortest time possible....
Letters Solve a Problem - a fantastic exercise if different teams need to find a way of working together
Building Strong Bridges - this is an alternative to Bridge Too Far and again can be modified slightly to make it really focused on time management
I would also be really recommend the delegation, assertiveness and seeking win/win exercises as I think they will both add real value to your audience.
I hope this helps Martin, but if you have any further questions please do feel free to get in touch.
All the best
