Hi Everyone,

I wonder if I can ask for your help... I have been asked to deliver a 1.5 hour slot on dealing with angry customers on the telephone... do you have any material that could help me please or any ideas?

Hi Clare,
I'd suggest having a look at Dealing With Aggressive Behaviour and also perhaps Communicating Without Body Language. You'll find both these course modules under Telephone Skills in Trainers' Library.
