Totally agree Ronnie, i definatley like to engage my trainees. We are doing exercises druing the course, but i will definatley take a look at the one you have recommended.

For what it is worth I spend a lot of time training people how to negotiate and I would strongly recommend not using a DVD. I would use an exercise from Harvard University instead - they have a version of the prisoner's dilemma (oil pricing) which deliberately tempts participants into getting it wrong and then use another exercise to get a better outcome. You can download Harvard's exercises for peanuts. Let your trainees learn by doing rather than passively watching, they will definitely become emotionally engaged if you do.
