Hello Ronnie, very interested in your reply, can you provide a link to these Harvard University resources please, I cannot find them. Post here or email me at [email protected]. I hope you can help me, and thanks if you can.

I will look into both, thanks so much for your help.

Totally agree Ronnie, i definatley like to engage my trainees. We are doing exercises druing the course, but i will definatley take a look at the one you have recommended.

Again Many thanks,

For what it is worth I spend a lot of time training people how to negotiate and I would strongly recommend not using a DVD. I would use an exercise from Harvard University instead - they have a version of the prisoner's dilemma (oil pricing) which deliberately tempts participants into getting it wrong and then use another exercise to get a better outcome. You can download Harvard's exercises for peanuts. Let your trainees learn by doing rather than passively watching, they will definitely become emotionally engaged if you do.

Hope this helps,

Ronnie
