I am going to be doing some sessions for managers who tend to have a "what training do you want?" approach to identifying the development needs of their team members. Does anyone have any case studies, examples or suggestions? I want a really impactful session which leaves the managers really getting it! Excellent question!
Id be really interested in any case studies anyone has. Im just embarking on the same path in educating our managers in meaningful development plans.
