Hi all,

I am currently putting together a evaluation process in place for my organisation. We are pretty much starting from scratch, as aside from happy sheets and a couple of assessments we dont do much.

I have been looking at Kirkpatrick and stages 2-4 is where my focus will be.

If anyone has any advice or information they could share with me then that would be great.
