This passion in action:
We achieved Investor in People status in 2005 and received an outstanding evaluation
at the time of our review in 2008.
We involve every member of the team when developing our annual strategy. Individual
teams determine their own goals for the year.
We’ve worked hard to help staff create a healthy work-life balance, for example
through ‘term-time’ contracts and extended unpaid leave for staff who wanted to
take time out to travel.
We have a very low staff turnover – no-one at all left in 2008.
