Our Services
From a background of training management and consultancy, Glasstap has developed
into a world-leading provider of services to professional trainers. Trainers' Library,
our flagship service was launched in 2003 and is now used by trainers in 50 countries.
Trainers' Library was joined by Trainers' Market and Trainers' Talk in 2005 and
by Trainers' Events in 2008. And we've got more in the pipeline.
Our Approach
We have what sometimes feels like a unique approach to developing our services and
the systems that deliver them: they are designed by the type of people who will
use them - in our case, trainers. And, whilst there are some pretty amazing and
complex systems working away, we don't think you need to see how clever our IT people
are. So we work hard to keep all that technical stuff out of site and simply deliver
services that are user friendly, intuitive and easy to get results from. And we
promise to back up all of our online stuff with a professional and courteous service
delivered by real people who are easy to contact and easy to talk to.
Trainers’ Library®
Trainers’ Library® is our unique subscription based service that gives
business trainers easy, unlimited access to a wide range of classroom training materials
and resources.
The material available includes most ‘people’ (soft) skills and includes some incredible
teambuilding games, like Murder at Glasstap Grange, and Jack Fruggle’s Treasure.
Trainers’ Library® members also benefit from free use of our Trainers’ Talk forum,
and a 10% discount on any purchases made from Trainers’ Market.

Trainers’ Market
Trainers’ Market is the online store for professional trainers, selling a range
of toys, props, books and other equipment, including environmentally friendly products like 'Magic Paper' and recycled flipchart markers.

Trainers' Events
We launched Trainers' Events in 2008, with our first Trainers' Library Conference,
which was a huge success.
Trainers' Library Conference is back in 2009 with an even stronger line-up of speakers
including Tony Buzan, inventor of mindmapping and author of 90 books with sales
in 150 countries. Tony has changed his travel plans for Asia this year to ensure
he can be with us. Other speakers include Richard Newman, the body language expert
who has appeared on television and radio and spent five years with the McLaren Formula
1 team. In 2009, we're extending the Trainers' Event service with a series of specially
designed workshops and training events that will give trainers new skills and ideas
that they can immediately apply in their roles.

Trainers' Talk
Trainers' Talk is our online forum that is free for Trainers' Library members
to use. It provides an opportunity to network, share, and receive advice from trainers
in 50 countries. Trainers' Talk's unique design means that it's the individual posting
the question that determines the type of responses he/she receives, not the moderator.
And just like Trainers' Library, it's been designed with the user in mind, with
all the complex stuff hidden out of the way.
