Background
I have been delivering development programmes to a wide range of client companies for the last 15 years, ranging from TV/media to housing/construction. Prior to that I was a HR Consultant for a large International organisation, supporting Line Managers throughout the UK in a generalist role to begin with and later in a specialist L&D capacity.

My approach to training is very informal and relaxed and I believe that adults learn best in an environment where they actually enjoy the experience and can participate fully and I'm very proud to have clients say things like "I have worked with Andrea for many years now. She finds out the individual needs of each delegate on the course and makes sure that each person achieves a positive outcome. We get fantastic feedback for her courses every time"
