We want to be leading the way, rather than following behind and we’re really proud of the fact that we’ve been an inspiration to other service providers - imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. We are determined never to stand still or accept things as they are – we’ll always be striving to improve our existing services or develop new ones that deliver real value to our customers and keeps us several steps ahead of the crowd.

This passion in action:
Launched in 2003, Trainers’ Library was the first subscription-based services of its kind in the world.

In 2005, we launched Trainers’ Market.

In 2006 we launched Trainers' Talk, which remains the only forum of its type that allows users to specify the types of responses they want, creating better opportunities for effective networking and marketing.

In 2008 we launched Trainers’ Conference, which ran from 2008 to 2012.

In 2010 we completely rebuilt our systems from scratch in order to build a strong platform from which to continue building on our success.

In 2011 we launched Trainers’ Images and our Gold level of membership. Trainers’ Images gives customers access to a library of images and film.

In 2013 we launched Trainers’ Blogs. Meanwhile, Glasstap’s website is now in its fifth incarnation. With each incarnation, we’ve added new functionality and improved security.

In 2014, we added new features and services and launched our Sapphire membership.

In 2015 we launched Managers’ Library and added Course Builder to Trainers’ Library.
