Very simple session but easy to deliver - handouts were useful and good interactive exercises for delegates giving them opportunity to look at some good (and poor) aims objectives.

An "oldie but a goodie". I've used this type of approach many times as an introduction exercise. I do, however, like the idea of using it as a review at the end of a piece of learning, and don't know why I didn't use this in this way before. Just shows, need to be pushed out of your comfort zone to think more widely than just using the same things for the same things time and time again. This has pushed me to consider how can I use/adapt this and other similar exercises in a different way.

An excellent, short, exercise to highlight the four elements of the GROW model and to help coaches consider their CPD and any associated action planning they need to implement. I used this exercise recently on a 1-2-1 as part of a coaching discussion, so useful to consider using this for coaching clients and other development opportunities also.

I have used this several times on a management training programme when we focus on employee engagement. It has always been met with great enthusiasm and learning outcomes achieved whilst having fun. There have been some very imaginative wobbly bridges created. Great way to end a day.

This activity really helps to embed learning on a presentation skills course, I have used it several times with a positive impact.
