What this passion means to us:
We want to be leading the way, rather than following behind and we’re really proud of the fact that we’ve been an inspiration to other service providers - imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. We are determined never to stand still or accept things as they are – we’ll always be striving to improve our existing services or develop new ones that deliver real value to our customers and keeps us several steps ahead of the crowd.

What this passion means to you:
We’re constantly investing in developing new services and improving our existing services. And, despite the global slowdown, we’re investing more now in our future than ever before. We currently have two brand new services in development.

This passion in action:
Trainers’ Library was the first subscription-based service of its kind in the world – and as far as we know is still the only one.

In 2008 we introduced our review reward scheme, which rewards customers for reviewing our products and services.

Trainers’ Library is now in its third incarnation. With each incarnation, we’ve added new functionality and improved security. This year we’ve introduced a new look for the website with a brand new and innovative interface.

Trainers' Talk is the only forum of its type that allows users to specify the types of responses they want, creating better opportunities for effective networking and marketing.

Teambuilding games such as 'Murder at Glasstap Grange' and 'Jack Fruggle's Treasure' have set new standards in involving, fun learning with a serious edge.
"Just to let you know that having used the site consistently for over a year now, it's the best I have seen so far. The resources are fantastic and so relevant - I like the way it's broken down into modules. It has made my life so much easier, knowing that the time I would spend creating training materials has been taken care of for me by Trainer's Library and Trainer's Market. Your customer service is also excellent and all I can say is keep up the good work! I look forward to even bigger and better things for the site. Thank you Trainers' Library - you are one of a kind."

We don't write for anyone else. If it didn't come from Glasstap®, it's not us.
