Glasstap provides a comprehensive suite of training services,
supporting training professionals with everything they need to prepare and deliver
quality learning events. We have over ten years experience of developing learning
programmes that are credible and flexible enough for modern times.
Quality training content
Our flagship service is Trainers’ Library and provides training
materials to professional business trainers in over 50 countries. Our content is
regularly updated with new course modules added every month, increasing the value
of membership and providing new ideas. Content available includes icebreakers and
energisers, course outlines, course modules, teambuilding games, informative articles,
toolkits and much more.
Trainers’ Library enables trainers to build quality learning interventions and at
the same time achieve huge cost and time savings.
Networking with industry experts
Having members in over 50 countries gives us the ability to help provide networking
opportunities with a diverse group of people. As a member to Trainers’ Library,
you automatically gain access to our Trainers’ Talk service, allowing
you to interact with experts around the world.
Trainers’ Talk’s flexible design means you can network as you want to. You determine
the extent to which you engage with other trainers – you might become one of those
that becomes something of a mentor to others, or someone who benefits from the helpful
advice of more experienced trainers. Whether the topic is change, diversity, coaching
or anything else learning related, you’ll control the types of responses you’ll
get and which threads appear in your auto update.
Personal development for the trainer
In 2008, we launched Trainers’ Conference (initially as the Trainers’ Library
Conference). We realised that we could help professional business trainers and training
managers to build on the networks they had built within Trainers’ Talk and attend
informative and imaginative workshops at the same time. We are now finalising our
third annual Trainers’ Conference, which is taking place in October at the historic
Imperial Hotel in Blackpool.
We have attracted such people as Sir john Whitmore, Tony Buzan and Peter Honey to
talk at our conferences. This year we are very excited to have Simon Weston, who
is going to talk about coping with change. Following his experiences in the Falklands
war, he has a unique and positive message about the effects and managing change.
When you want something different
It’s sometimes difficult to find new interactive props and tools to take into
the classroom with you. We launched Trainers’ Market in 2005, after
looking at the experiences we had had as trainers and needing something different.
Trainers’ Market stocks great props that can help stimulate the mind and aid interaction
between delegates.
Our latest, and most popular, training product is the Fiddle Pack. The Fiddle Pack
includes a variety of props and tools that you can hand out in your training workshop
to promote brain friendly learning. Look out for other products such as the Trainers’
Travel Pack, with all those essentials you need to take with you.
A service for Trainers
It can be difficult to find all the services you need under one roof, now you
can with the suite of professional training services from Glasstap. We are passionate
about our services and we hope this will always come across in your dealings with
Glasstap.

We have five key passions that drive our business, and these are

I want to thank the competition.
I was delighted this week to discover that ITOL have been promoting yet another
service that is remarkably similar in concept, if not execution, to Trainers’ Library.
This one is based in America and has a very similar pricing plan to ours, (which
might of course be an extraordinary coincidence).
